I don’t have any Halloween plans this year other than sitting home and passing out candy to the kids but I still love this time of year. October has always been one of my favorite months.

This time of year brings in the new Fall TV lineup. I’ve been watching The Bionic Woman, Heroes, and (of course) Smallville. All three have been sort of a let down but I’ll still watch with the hopes they’ll all get better. I also have the DVR set to record a new show called “Pushing Daisies”… I like it….it’s silly enough for me to enjoy. I had high hopes for that Journeyman show but I’m about to give up on it. The show is SUCH a rip off of Quantum Leap only not as well put together and nowhere near as entertaining.

I never used to watch much TV (other than DVD rentals) but the DVR has sort of made shows easier to catch. It’s also nice to fast forward through the commercials. I’m spoiled now though with HD channels and have a hard time now watching non-HD stuff.

My favorite HD show is The Tonight Show only because you can really see how bad some of the guests look in high resolution =)

Let’s see… next week I need to start getting back to regular rehearsals and back in the studio to finish recording this CD. I’ve got some new songs I want to try out. Not sure if the tunes are any good but we shall see. Need to get moving on this stuff though.
