Before I go into any real blogging and silly thoughts for the day let me say Happy 60th Birthday to my mom! I can’t believe she’s 60… when I think of her I always picture her being 40 or so. Time ZOOMS!

Her Birthday party is on Saturday and I’ll be back in Michigan for that. Can’t wait to get back and spend time with everyone. Anyhoot…happy birthday mom…love ya! Here’s hoping for 60 more years!

Off subject, I started tripping out last night watching a TV show called “LA Ink”…not because of the show itself but because I never realized I walk right in front of the place about 7 or 8 times a month. It’s right next to my favorite Thai place.

I remember when they started moving something into the store but I had no clue what it was…All I knew was the parking suddenly got pretty crappy and it made getting my Green Curry not as easy to get. Bastards

I see shows all the time and recognize the places but for some reason this one came as a shock.

Funny to watch the show “The Hills”..I’ve only seen a few episodes and it’s just campy enough to enjoy. I did have to laugh at the apartment the blond guy and gal supposedly live in (I don’t know their names). Let me just say…There’s NO WAY they’d be able to afford that place. They built those condos about 4 years ago and the cheapest one was selling for 700K at the time (they had a few that were selling for a few million in the same complex). If they were being rented out…because of the location, that apartment they’re supposed to be living in would run them AT LEAST $3000.00 a month. Not sure why, but I got a chuckle out it.

Ah well…silly stuff.

I should get packed..I leave tomorrow night.
