Got my Medical Bill today…

And the total for getting your appendix removed?
$53,987.66!!!
The bill is just for Cedar-Sinai Medical Center…there’s a nice little tag line that says:
“Please note. Your Physicians will bill you separately for their professional services.” and then it goes on to say that there may have been several physicians who participated in my medical care..etc…
Ya know…it’s ALMOST funny.
I’ve applied to see if i can get some reductions or if i qualify to be a “charity case”…not sure how that’ll go. We shall see. [groan]
