Semi-Finals on NBC’s StarTomorrow
Tuesday, September 12th, 2006Here’s part of the email I sent out..not sure if everyone got it but I figured I’d post it just an case anyone would like to help spread the word:
Hello Everyone,
I try to do Mass-Mailers as little as I can…and only when something is super important…and lately there’s been some really great things happening.
With your help, we WON the 1st round of NBC’s StarTomorrow.com and we are now posted in the Semi-Finals of Week 7! If you voted last time, and wouldn’t mind voting for me again at StarTomorrow.com this round, that would be GREAT. If you didn’t vote or need some specifics on how to vote, details are at the end of this email.[Blog]
This time around there is a new feature under the vote buttons where you can leave comments. Feel free to do so. It’s not required or anything, but it is very possible that what folks say in that box could influence other people’s votes.
UPDATE *There is no need to leave mean comments about my competitor…I hope by saying "please drop a comment" that it wasn’t meant to come across as "say mean things about who I’m up against"…that’s not what I meant. Please pass this email along to anyone who you think will be happy to lend a voting hand….It’s needed now more than ever.The winner of this gets a Record Deal[of some sort] and David Foster Produces your Album. 3. The most important step: The VOTE. Under the video that plays and under the picture of me is a button that says "choose" with a thumbs up graphic. Click on that and the page will refresh. You should then see the button has changes to a Red Thumbs Up; that’s a Vote. I think that pretty much covers all the info…
