Riding along the Hollywood Freeway

Morgan Freeman Driving along beside me on the 101 Freeway
So there I am stuck in traffic on the Hollywood Freeway and racing along at 15 miles per hour and to my right is Morgan Freeman. At 1st I wasn’t sure if it was him but since traffic was moving ultra slow it was easy to get a good look. It was also easy to snap a picture without crashing into the cars in front of me. Cool car…and cool actor.
I always see actors and recognizable folks driving along but I usually never had a camera handy. Not this time!
I have been pretty quiet lately in the blog world. Mainly I haven’t had too much to say so I’ve just been reading the blogs of others. I’m feeling the need for some excitement in my life but I’m not sure how to create that. So for the time being, I’m in a little bit of a funk.
Hockey game tonight at 8pm and my blades are dull. I need to go early tonight and get those suckers sharp enough to slice a turkey. What’s silly is…most of our games are at night and the skate shop closes at 6pm so I have to make a special trip. I picked up a little handheld skate sharpener but they just don’t seem to work as well as getting them done professionally. In fact..the last sharpener I tried using seemed to make the blade WORSE. Dull skates make it twice as hard to play the game.
