Um… I guess that’s cool. Different. For those of you who are lost…Nicolas Cage and wife Alice had a baby boy Monday and named him KAL-EL(Superman’s Kryptonian name).
My 1st thought was "Gee, that kid is really going to grow up fighting off the Superman jokes" …but then I figure, there are much crazier names out there. Let’s just be thankful that Cage wasn’t a fan of Looney Tunes, otherwise we might be hearing a name like Daffy Cage. They must know that naming their child after Superman is going to cause people to talk. My only hope is that the boy doesn’t start to think he can fly and start jumping off buildings.

Things are pretty quiet here…just the sound of my air conditioning cranking. I think this is our last big heat wave before it cools down to a freezing 70 degrees, as Southern Californians pull out their Winter Coats
