Saturday Night in Hollywood
Sunday, April 17th, 2005Last night my friend Rufus stopped by and we chatted for a while and then from 8pm to Midnight was our hockey team’s party to promote this Coor’s Cup event at a club here in Hollywood. I’m not much of a drinker but I did manage to drink a few beers just for the event [it seemed like the thing to do].

It was a nice little turn out. It’s interesting to see these hockey players out and about. It’s almost a little like seeing a teacher outside of school–maybe that’s not a good description but most of the team I only see on the ice.
I really do look forward to my weekly games…Win or lose, there’s something about being on the ice and letting some aggression out. Enough about Hockey except to say we do have our 3rd game tonight at 9pm

I’ve done my weekend phone calls to family back in Michigan…And I’ll make a few more calls before the day’s through. You all know how these cell phone deals are…Free weekends so I try to take advantage of ‘em.
