September Plans
Things have been quiet these last few weeks. I’m getting geared up for my visit back to Michigan in September. I’ll be there for almost 3 weeks. I’m not sure when I was last back home to visit but I’m pretty sure it’s been well over a year. It’ll be great to see everyone again.
I’m taking a redeye flight on my way there…I think the flight leaves at 10pm ….I lose 3 hours in the air and land at around 5am. Maybe I’ll get lucky and be able to sleep on the plane…doubtful though. I have a hard time sleeping on airplanes and I get jealous of others who can snore away while flying.
I figure, if I can stay awake for most of the day once I land, I should be able to get my body clock on a Michigan schedule. I’m really looking forward to the trip though. I’ve got a bunch of stuff planned while I’m in town.
Most of the time when I go back to visit, I’m only there for about a week. That’s really not enough to spend quality time with folks but having 3 weeks this trip should give me more than enough time. By the end of the trip i’ll be more than ready to get back to CA….and hopefully i’ll be recharged.
I can’t believe it’s August already. This year is ZOOMING.
Please help me out dear heart before I drive myself insane…do you have a song where some of the words are “Can’t live without her” “Is she right for me” I’m so glad I found her once again”
Also “Dirty Harry” was mentioned & there is Harmonica playing at the end of the song?? This is driving me NUCKING FUTZ!!!
