Quick Blurb on Super Bowl Sunday
I haven’t written anything in a while… I don’t have the excuse of "I haven’t had time" because…well…I have. There was actually a few times last week when I logged in to my journal write page and started writing only to close the page without actually posting. I’m sure I’m not the only blogger out there who has done this.
Writer’s Blog Block? Perhaps. I think it’s just that the things on my mind or are not things I want people to know. I’m slightly "restricted" but one day I’ll cut loose and go into some of those other thoughts. I like to save that stuff for songs though
Speaking of songs…that contest ends tonight…thanks to those of you who have voted. I suppose it might have helped if I had sent out a mailer to my mailing list asking for votes but…uh..well… I think if I sent out another email asking people to vote for me, I’d probably have 200 people unsubscribe. By the end of the last contest, people were so tired of getting those emails…it was like the never-ending contest–quite draining to friends and fans. Don’t believe me? Just skim back through a few months of my journal in 2006…it was a "vote for me marathon"…BLEH!
Speaking of the mailing list…the fine folks at ifanz.com have my mug shot rotating as one of their users now. Very nice of them! Every little bit of exposure helps
Ok..I need to get in gear…I’m heading off to 2 Super Bowling parties. I’m not really a huge football fan but It’ll be good to get out of the house. I am a fan of the halftime show though

I’m not really a fan of American Football, but I am watching here at work and its a pretty exciting game!
Hope you had a good time at the parties!
yeah…it was a fun time. Funny how “soccer” never really took off here
But how about those Colts Bob? Indy is closed tomorrow BTW
yeah..it didn’t look good for them after that 1st kick off though…they came back nicely though.
Fumble-city
I can totally relate to having stuff to write and then again not really, so I just close out the page until I feel inspired once again.
No SB parties for me–in fact, I just went to myspace to watch the commercials, cuz let’s face it. It was the only reason I was gonna watch. No Packers, you know.
I kept watching and wondering if they were ever going to call “icing”
hehehe
yeah..the commercials were cool…i was also waiting for see if Prince was going to get shocked in the Purple Rain
you are too punny!! i haven’t seen the halftime show yet, but i have it set up on the dvr, so i will get to it.
it’s very ..uh..wet
[which might explain why there were so many fumbles in the game]
