My Last Photo of 2006?
Well, this shot will probably end up being the last photo of me taken in the year 2006. I’ve said this before, but I’m SO bad at picking photos of myself to use for promo stuff. It’s actually a little frustrating to see a picture of yourself that you think is "not half bad" only to have it shot down by someone else. It’s even weirder when it’s a photo that you think is bad and someone else loves it.
I suppose we all have different ideas of what we think we look like.
I know it might seem that because I post photos of myself, I’m some sort of ego-photo-monster fishing for compliments but the reality is, I’m pretty sensitive and with each photo I post… I’m nervous as to what people think. Of course, It’s nice to be liked. We all want that…some more than others. If only LIFE could be so bad to only have to worry about what photo to pick. LOL
Just know, if you think I look bad in a photo, I look twice as bad in person 
I’m lucky if I get 1 or 2 "OK" looking shots out of a 100. So, by seeing this photo above, there’s about 98 shots from the same shoot in which I look ultra-goofy.
You would think that doing MUSIC that it shouldn’t matter what someone looks like…only what they sound like…. but things like a photo for a CD Cover is a MAJOR decision. So maybe my next CD Cover should have a bunch of nudity on it? (just as long as it’s not me being the nude one) 
By the way…this all goes for songs written as well. A song I write and think is "a hit" …and in which a ton of thought and time went into might not catch the majority’s ear …while a campy little 3 chord song that takes me 3 minutes to complete will get all the attention. I’ll not complain too much though…I’ll just be happy that a song is liked AT ALL
I never thought about all the thought that goes into things like a CD cover before but now I realize there’s much more than I thought.

yeah..that was taken just walking around Sunset Blvd..i like it too. I even had a 3D cd cover of it made…it was COOL.
It’s tricky to do a “headshot” that is NOT posed…specially when you’re sitting under lights and all
The camera doesn’t lie, but it bitches a helluva lot! Camera’s are not friendly to most of us… that’s why good photographers get paid so much: they make the camera show the person living inside. I’m betting that your photos are taken by a professional… they show the real human behind the pretty face.

I think you are extremely photogenic. I have rarely, if ever, seen a poor photo of you. Sure there are some that are better than others, but really, they have all been good in some way. You have very expressive eyes and that makes for good photos.
I’m with John up there…I LOVE candids. Bring ‘em on. Plus, you know I have a special love for reality tv..so yeah, a Being Bob Gentry type of show would be awesome to me!

Its a nice picture. On the pics of you i’ve seen it seems like you are always looking straight at the camera. Might be you can , i don’t know, jump around like those models do and take pics that way. It will be something different.
