Thanksgiving 2006
[Spidey Video removed]
Happy Thanksgiving 2006!
There’s always something to be thankful for….like perhaps this little video to the left I snapped on Hollywood Blvd. [refresh the page to see from the top]
Only in Hollywood do you see a down and out guy dressed in his latest Spider-man threads… Not sure why I thought it was worth blogging about. I DID get all excited to see Spidey sitting on the street corner though…(I’m just THAT GEEKY). If you listen closely, you can hear him ask me "how ya doing?"
So how am I doing? I’m really doing good. I’m sure I could easily drum up some things to gripe about but today’s when we’re all supposed to look for things to be thankful for eh?
Screw that! This is a Holiday…The equation for this means…Holiday + Bob= Depression. But seriously, I’m doing as good as good can be. I hope you’re all doing great too!
It’s a little strange living in a town where MOST of the people are not originally from …so on Holidays, EVERYTHING IS DEAD…no one is here. It’s like the 1980’s movie "Night of the Comet"

At least Spidey wasn’t driinking cheap wine from a brown paper bag or peeing on a wall… THAT would be depressing! LOL
Happy Thanksgiving, anyway… you wanna suck down some cranberry sauce later?
peeing on a wall LOL rather than sticking to the walls LOL
now that would be a Spider-man part 15 maybe
Happy T-day back atcha’ buddy!
Sucks that your mom couldn’t stay just a few days more to make you a turkey day dinner, hey? I didn’t cook–just drove an hour to eat with family. I was bummed though. No mashed potatoes or stuffing. Might have to make my own turkey this weekend. The right way. Hope you are having a great day anyway.
My mom was going to come for Thanksgiving but i told her to come a week early and catch the show instead..it was more important to me than eating turkey
That’s even better then.
yeah…and she got to be here for the show so that was nice
:mrgreen:We just got back from our big family T-Day feast. My 19 year old daughter did all the cooking this year so I just rested and enjoyed, and ate! Got to see all the cousins and the new babies! After we all ate we took turns in the jacuzi. Lastly we all took whatever leftovers we wanted and piled in our cars and drove to our homes. Sitting at home now, relaxed in front of the woodstove sighing big sighs of contentment. Christmas is at Grandmas house this year. Can’t wait! Happy T day! And Bob, next T-day if you want, drive yourself up here and enjoy it with us.

Glad you had a nice T-Day…it’s always nice when you can just show up and eat and not have to cook…
i tried cooking yesterday..it was a mess LOL
Wow–O just now finished watching Spiderman 2, turned on my computer & there you are videoing Spidey himself!
Wish you could of come up here–I cooked & have WAY to many leftovers to finish before I leave for Vegas Saturday morning
Anyway-HAPPY TURKEY DAY sweetie!
Hugs!
Thanks Steph!
yeah..i saw Spider-man on TV last night too..how ironic! I’m guessing this spider-man I posted is a litle upset he didn’t get the role for Spidey 3
I SO wanted to be able to somehow magick myself to California for your show last week! Alas, at least for the time being, I shall have to enjoy your stuff “almost-live and on the Internet” rather than in a club in L.A.
Next year, though…! Or, just as soon as I find that homeless guy around here that wears the Superman outfit, and roll him for the cape.
i just had a strange thought…a new comic about homeless super heroes…
hope to maybe next time we bring the show to you
wow! I really love this theme. I also really enjoy reading your blog. You make me smile. If music doesn’t work out for you then you could easily write a book and go on Oprah. I’m serious! You’re good, and cute too
Aw Shucks!
I like to write…i’m still waiting for my “book deal”
heheh
thanks June!
I think I need to get use to this new theme…. I’m trying to go back in time right now, not very forward thinking these days.
Maybe I just feel like I’m being watched
.
PS The Hulk hangs out at my gym.
BTW… I didn’t know Spiderman shopped at the Gap.
yeah…The Gap handles ALL super heroes ya know
hehehe
