Wow, I’ve been SLAMMED these last few weeks….and looking ahead at my calendar, it’s not going to be letting up any, but this is GOOD. Being busy is FANTASTIC…especially when it’s busy with music stuff.

I heard some super exciting news the other day and I’m jumping out of my skin wanting to talk about it but I need to wait until I know a little more about it before I start tattooing the news on my arm or blogging about it. For now, let me just say I’m happy. More to come!

Tonight I’m going to pop out to show support to fellow NBC StarTomorrow‘ers. They have a show out in Tarzana at a club called Paladinos…here’s more info on it. I was sort of hoping to have the tickets for my show on November 14th in hand by today so I could go there and hand out some of those… but it looks like they’re not ready yet. :-[ I’m looking forward to meeting the people I’ve only seen on the web tonight…It should be good fun!

Over the last few days, we’ve been rehearsing for the upcoming showcase on the 14th…last night sounded the best yet. We picked up this really great Violinist to play the show with us…it’s going to ROCK my own socks off! It’s a good thing I’m able to play the piano without socks But seriously, the strings really bring a whole new dimension to the songs. It makes songs that seem old to me feel new again..and THAT makes me happy.
