Yesterday was my sister’s birthday. [HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS!]

My family has easy birthdays to remember…If I wasn’t such a stubborn little infant and decided to greet the world 36 minutes sooner, our birthdays would have been:

Me: July 5th, Sis: August 5th, and Mom: September 5th

…But I’m such a rebel and held out for the 6th

However, If you’re like I am…I tend to look at and think about the doom-day more the night before…a little like celebrating Christmas Eve. I usually watch the clock hit 12:36am[9:36pm PST] and think "oh shit, I’m officially older now"…The countdown always seems to feel a bit like being on Death Row but we all know getting older is much better than the alternative[being DEAD].

Perhaps we should start having Rot Days? [Humming "happy Rot Day to you"]Ya know…something like "today, I’ve been rotting for 25 years" …of course, someone would have to come along and scratch that on our tombstones. I know…that’s morbid. So I’m in a little bit of a morbid mood? Naw…I’m just being silly.

In all seriousness, I plan on coming back to haunt everyone. I’m in no hurry for that though

That being said…I AM in a hurry to run off to play a hockey game. I’ll blog more tomorrow and be my usual up-lifting self.
