catch up

I never knew I’d go through blogging withdrawals but the break was nice. Lotza stuff to catch up on now that I’m back home. My trip was nice but with stuff going here I felt a little like my hands were tied.
It’s super hot here in CA…as I’m told it is the rest of the country. When I stepped off the plane last night it was a bit shocking. But I’d much rather be super warm than super cold though so I won’t complain (too much).
So now? This week is all "catch up" and there’s much to do…and so I should get to that. I just wanted to jot a little something down to get my blog-fix.

It’s super hot all over the world thanks to global warming. Some places are experiencing record highs. And our beloved brain dead leader refuses to acknowledge there is a problem. Duh. At least I’m doing my part by driving a hybrid vehicle.

Don’tcha just love the way he chews his food on camera and says “shit” with a mouthful of food? Such panache.
i’m pretty sure his approval rating is so low that he could say anything and it wouldn’t make a difference eh?:eek:
gas is still 2.80/gallon here.

naa, on second thought, randy newman’s “I love LA” comes to mind. i think i’ll move out there.
last i looked it was well over $3 per gallon here…i try not to look any more..these days i just try not to drive if i can
my large GMC gets 16mpg. it’s hard to pass a gas station w/o a needed fillup.

Yeah, I feel ya. I know that when I think someone knows me on my blog I tend to watch what I say.
perhaps i need a super secret hidden blog that’ll let me REALLY open up…i’m just worried then i’ll stop doing htis one

Seriously, “really opening up” is a good idea. It’s good for the soul and cheaper than a shrink, the problem with doing it on the net is keeping control of who has access to the blog.
There’s really only one place I’ve found so where you can have complete control over who has access. If there are others, I’d love to know about it.
