Yahoo 360 Page
It’s been a busy week…so busy that blogging has taken a back seat but it looks like things are starting to settle down a little. I only have a few minutes but I’d better jot something down before I let another day go.
Oh, I met up with a friend I used to hang out with in the Michigan days named David. He now lives in Seattle and was here visiting his brother for the holiday. I hadn’t seen him in years. I think the sign of a good friendship is when you haven’t seen someone in ages and you can seem to pick up right where you left off (as if no time had passed whatsoever). David offered me a job writing a music column in his bi-monthly magazine. It sounds like fun to me. Not sure much more about it other than that but I’ll find out more soon.
Another friend of mine, Jeff…is here in Southern California with his wife and kids. I haven’t seen him yet but I will soon. Perhaps tomorrow even.
Oh, I signed up for a Yahoo 360 Page the other day. It reminds me a little of MY SPACE but there’s a few nice things about it.
- It’s pretty easy to set up…you just need a Yahoo Account.
- If you already have a blog, you can just add your RSS feed to it.
- If you use Yahoo Messenger it’s pretty helpful to have as a free Profile Page.
- You can "Friend" people similar to My Space.
- Lastly, If you have a
account, you can RSS to that as well.
There’s some other features that are nice about it that I’m sure I’m missing but have a look for yourself. If you happen to have a 360 Page, feel free to Friend Me…same goes for a My Space page. I am hardly on Yahoo Messenger but If I’m always up for a chat on that.
Well…I should get some work done.

You’re lucky you have the strength to be busy. I spent the last 4 days in bed with the flu! I read where Southern CA is one of the hardest hit areas. I feel so ordinary! My sister in law just got over the flu (sort of - she still has a cough). She was in bed for about 7 days! Yikes. So count your blessings and be thankful that Santa didn’t bring you that nasty flu virus.
well…GET WELL.
Sorry to hear Santa gave you the FLu for Xmas..that bastard
Lump of coal or wad of phlegm… it just means that you’ve been a “bad boy”, right?
And “bad” means “good”, right? I’m confused: do they have an Ebonics Dictionary online…?
360 is interesting…I haven’t quite figured out how to use it to its full potential…but I’m learning
Be sure to add me as a buddy if you set up a page there. I think i just have 4 at the moment (whoo hoo!)
