And When October Comes…
This cartoon above has nothing to do with anything other than someone sent it to me and I thought it was funny enough to share.
Today’s been a good day so far. I slept in very late and just finished lunch. It’s about 4:30pm here on the west coast and tonight at 8pm is our 1st hockey game of the season. YAY!
It’s already October? October is one of my favorite months and this month I have a couple trips planned. One, to Las Vegas [my mother is flying there and it's only a 3-4 hour drive for me, so I'm going to drive out and spend a few days]…and the last week this month I’m flying back home to Michigan. I’m looking forward to hanging out my friends and family there. My friend Jeff is having his annual Halloween party and I’m not going to miss it this year!
It’s seems like it’s been a while since I’ve made a trip made to Michigan. When I 1st moved to California, I went back about twice a year[usually once in the Summer and a random holiday] but now my visits are maybe once a year. When I go home, I usually try to book a concert and milk it for press but this time, I just want to relax and enjoy hanging out….and maybe hit a greasy doughnut Apple Cider Mill that Michigan is famous for 
Should you go out while you’re here (in Michigan), I’ll make Kevin go out too and say HI!
I’m only there for a week and am just going to wing everything.
there’s some things i need to do (like see my family and this party) …will know more when i’m there

Good Cider Mills are becoming harder to come by nowadays…the one me and the kids normally go to just sold off half their land and a new CVS drugstore now cits where we used to buy cider, and the one Bup went to last week had nachos, hotdogs and frozen Cokes for sale! I’m sure we’ll find one where you can actually buy donuts and cider though, just will be a bit of an adventure!
Is the Franklin Cider Mill still there? isn’t that the one with the good grease?
I have a sinking feeling it is NOT there anymore…I know a few years ago (which could be like 6 years ago, I can’t remember) they were doing some sort of construction; but whether they were tearing it down or expanding the parking lot, I can’t remember…
hmm…well..i suppose we could do the haunted house runs and all that.

i love michigan in October
I just went to Vegas for the first time over Labor Day with my g/f. We saw the Blue Man Group and Cirque Du Soleil while we were there, both totally awesome! Go to either one if you haven’t seem them already
oh yeah…i’ve seen Cique Du Sol and Blue Man before…..i’m wanting to we the We Will Rock You show now
