Coffee Bean Goodbye’s
This is the place that I usually meet up with friends and we “people watch” and chat. Over the years of being a loyal customer I look forward to chatting with the folks working there. And it’s to the point where when you walk in, they not only know your name, but your usual drink of choice. It’s nice and makes me want to keep returning. Sadly, 2 of the employees are leaving. Nikki’s moving back to MN and Jaylen is moving to another store.

Without plastering Nikki’s life story all over my blog too much, she’s moving back home because she caught her idiot boyfriend sleeping with another girl. They both moved to Hollywood together not too long ago so her boyfriend could pursue his career in music. Here’s my thought…something’s VERY wrong with this guy if he doesn’t realize what a GOLD MINE he had in Nikki…I mean, it takes quite a bit for someone to pack up and leave everything they know behind to move across country to help her boyfriend try to live out HIS dreams. I don’t know too much of the details…But I am truly mind-boggled as to why her ex-boyfriend would want to chance losing such a sweet, smart hottie like Nikki. Hope to have you back in California soon Nikki! I’m sure I’m not the only one who’ll be missing you!
[Me and Jaylen]
Jaylen’s been working at the Bean for quite a while….His last day is Wednesday. He’s another guy who just makes you feel like a “special customer” the second ya walk in. I don’t know all the details why he’s leaving but I do know that it’s for a higher paying job that’s going to be closer to where he lives [makes sense to me]. Anyway…So two of the folks i see on a regular basis are leaving …And I wish them both the very best!
Tonight is the 2nd Hockey game in the season…We won the 1st one and I’m looking forward to getting on the ice tonight and pulling off 2 in a row! 
I have to admit though, I’m STILL sore from that 6 hour Tennis Marathon a few days ago but I should be fine once i get on the ice. It’s also an early game tonight. 6:15pm…Normally we usually don’t start until 9 or 10 so this 6pm slot is a little strange but good. More to come…
