Who doesn’t like gifts?

The first are these flowers that just arrived:

So what did I do to deserve flowers? I wish the answer was to say that i Don Juan’ed myself into deserving these but the truth is I’m a fighter, not a lover

FTD had tried to send flowers to my place a few times in the past without luck. It would seem their delivery people have the IQ less than that of a goat. My apartment number is #103 but the call box at the gate says the dial in code is 002. It would seem this confuses people functioning with less than average brain cells. Needless to say, they finally got it right today…The card reads:

Please accept this order on behalf of FTM.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Apology accepted indeed!

Another great gift…Well…It’s not really a gift, rather a very amazing 3D animated video of Saltwater Clouds . Friend and hockey mate Rufus, sent me the link and I asked him if it would be ok if i shared it with you all. There’s a Windows Media version as well as QuickTime one. The video clip has some pretty WILD visuals as well as some symbolism that would probably be best described by the creator. Hope you all enjoy! Today is one of my old girlfriend’s Birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANINE!
Janine and I flew from Michigan to Southern California back when I was 16 years old. What a fun trip that was! I remember as we were about to fly back home to Michigan, there was actually a moment when we said “hey, let’s just stay out here and not go home”. Of course, that wasn’t a smart move for high school students but the idea was tempting as hell! I knew I’d be back one day….And here I am Janine?? She’s in Michigan and in the process of buying a house. She comes to visit about once every other year and I’m happy we’ve remained good friends.

Well…I have an appointment to get my hair cut at 4pm so i need to prepare for that.
