At the Movies :)
Tonight I’ll be watching two movies on DVD. I, Robot and another called Collateral with Tom Cruise. Speaking of Tom Cruise, I JUST saw a great looking trailer for another one of his movies that’ll be released in 2005 called….
(drum roll please)…. WAR OF THE WORLDS! Yes, you guessed it…A remake of the classic. I hope they keep it serious rather that putting in lame jokes like what happened in independence Day.

Speaking of Alien movies…I couldn’t STAND the movie Signs…And I wanted so much to like it. Mainly, other than thinking the story was weak, I just thought a few things after watching it:
1. These aliens are smart enough to build hi-tech space ships and fly light years but they can’t figure out how to get out of a locked closet???
2. Aliens come to invade Earth without weapons???
3. “Hey, I was tricked into watching a religious movie while all along thinking I was walking into a cool sci-fi flick?!?!?!”
4. Director M. Night did a good job on the Sixth Sense but I’ll think twice before I watch another one of his movies…Or I’ll just wait for the DVD
The countdown to Christmas and New Years is getting closer. I haven’t even begun to get ready for either. It is going to be strange to not have Dick Clark hosting the New Years Eve party in New York this year…I hear he’s been ill and that “Regis” is going to host instead.
